With 2100 total square feet, the house has a den, living/dining room, laundry, remodeled kitchen, and ample outdoor space with a patio and fenced backyard. Off-street parking available. Home is also walking distance to neighborhood park with community pool and is convenient to Braes Bayou hike/bike trail as well as bus routes 8, 10, and 47 (10 goes straight to Texas Medical Center with no transfers). Drive time to Rice/Med Center is about 15 minutes. Monthly rate may be negotiable for ideal long-term person.
